INTRODUCTION
Our country is not going through a good time. Corona has tightened its grip. India needs to give a tough battle to Corona for overwhelming it. India needs to stand united to give that tough battle, but India is one step away to unite and one hurdle stops us: Politics. Although, politics is not a bad thing when it starts dealing with the matter which is not made for it that time the situation gets changed. If the simple meaning of politics is seen, then it is the activities that are aimed to raise their status or power in an organisation. If the soldiers while fighting the battle against the enemy start thinking to replace their commander then their defeat is destined. Here, I specifically mention that do not think who is soldier, who is commander because if you do that you are comparing the status or power, consider yourself a soldier. This battle against pandemic requires your active role in whatever position you are in. Many events or incidents have shown the presence of politics which is dividing the soldiers of India in the battle against Corona.
INDIA STAND UNITED
I am not going to name any particular person doing politics and the common people is that much aware to know about it. Thanks to social media but it needs caution as this also can be the source of doing politics.
Unity is strength and many more quotes on unity remembers us of the power and importance of unity, India has felt the pain of not having unity in colonial time. That tine also what was there which stopped India to unite: Politics. Politics in the name of caste, religion, and region stopped India to unite and now the same politics is stopping us to unite against Corona and now the same politics in the name of Corona, Oxygen, and Vaccine is dividing the administration and stopping it to function at its fullest. The negative impact of it can also be seen in the common people. The result of it will be the defeat in this battle.
One more important issue which arises here is that what about the people who do politics, should they have left free or should they stopped. Things go alright when the question is asked on ‘what’ and ‘why’. Like, what will you choose good or bad, politics or unity, morality or immorality; the answer is straightforward. But when it comes to ‘how’, how will you choose good or bad, politics or unity; things start to waver.
HOW: UNITY
One important matter to notice: Fight for the good and fight against the evil. There is a very subtle difference between these two statements. It will be very much easy to understand if we understand this with the concept of our mind. We do not want to eat a burger, for example, and if we keep on thinking ‘I will not eat a burger then it is definitely that you will stumble upon it. This same thing will happen if we fight against evil. Not going deep in this aspect and again coming on the topic, I want to emphasise here that our aim is to stand united not to fight against the forces which divide us. Fight against them will mean giving importance to those forces. Again, here the question arises that not giving importance to the forces against us can dismantle us. The whole point I want to mention here is that you need to do your work by keeping in mind “stay united”, not “fight against the dividing forces”. “Stay united” does not mean not fighting. This is a totally vast and different topic which cannot be explained in these limited words but the thing which we need to take care is mentioned in the above lines.
CONCLUSION
The concluding remark is that unity should prevail and how should it prevail will determine that will it prevail or not. We need to stay unite and for that, we needed to put this theme as central and the fight against politics should be the sub-theme. If the fight against politics becomes the central theme, then we do not know which sub-theme will prevail of this central theme. Not complicating the matter again, we wanted that we should win this battle against corona and unity must prevail for it and will prevail. INDIA STAND UNITED.
