The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) released a set of instructions late Tuesday night, instructing offices to promote work-from-home and operate with a 50 per cent staffing level; vehicles and building construction are periodically prohibited.

Schools reopened on November 1 after being closed for over a year due to COVID-19.
