Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Rome, Italy, on Friday for the G20 Summit, where he will discuss global economic and health recovery from COVID-19, sustainable development, and climate change with other world leaders.
Modi said in a statement released on Thursday that he will visit Rome and the Vatican City from October 29 to 31 at the request of Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi, and then fly to Glasgow, United Kingdom, from November 1-2 at the invitation of British Prime Minister Boris Johnson. On the margins of the G20 Summit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said he will meet with leaders of other partner countries to discuss progress in India's bilateral relations.
