A new Global Index was called by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at G-20 summit on Saturday which was based on trust relations, transparency between the social and business aspects of various countries, talent and technology towards the globe in the post-corona world. He also stated that "work from anywhere" is a new normal in this situation, in which many Multinational companies have allotted the scene to the employees to work from anywhere (work from home) conveniently.
Technology has made many things easy and portable, "creation of virtual G20 secretariat as a follow up and documentary reposition" was suggested by PM Modi.
The virtual gathering of Group of 20 Summit was initiated by Saudi Arabia's King Salman, due the overshadows of this pandemic the virtual format was considered to be convenient to hold the summit this year. India will host the G20 summit 2022.
Later on after the summit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted "Had a very fruitful discussion with G20 leaders. Coordinated efforts by the largest economies of the world will surely lead to faster recovery from this pandemic.
