The benches of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) have been constituted back to hold regular hearings through video conference from December 1, 2020. The re-constituted Benches shall hear matters falling under their respective jurisdiction as they were hearing them before March 23, 2020. All matters including matters pending before the lockdown and filed during the lockdown shall be heard regularly on all working days.
