The Central Government today notified the transfer of 15 High Court judges. A notification in this regard was issued today (separately for each of the
transferred judges)
Those who are being transferred are:
1. Justice Jaswant Singh of Punjab & Haryana HC to Orissa HC
2. Justice Sabina, presently judge of Rajasthan HC to Himachal Pradesh
3. Justice Sanjaya Kumar Mishra, a judge of Orissa High Court to Uttarakhand HC
4. Justice Manindra Mohan Srivastava, Chhattisgarh High Court To Rajasthan HC
5. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah of Patna HC to Andhra Pradesh HC
6. Justice Ujjal Bhuyan [PHC: Gauhati] , presently Bombay HC judge to Telangana HC
7. Justice Paresh R. Upadhyay of Gujarat HC to Madras HC
8. Justice M.S.S. Ramachandra Rao of Telangana HC to Punjab & Haryana HC
9. Justice Arindam Sinha of Calcutta HC to Orissa HC
10. Justice A.M. Badar [PHC: Bombay] , presently Kerala HC judge, to Patna HC
11. Justice Yashwant Varma of Allahabad HC to Delhi HC
12. Justice Vivek Agarwal [PHC: Madhya Pradesh], presently a judge of Allahabad HC to Madhya Pradesh HC
