The Bombay High Court refused to grant interim bail to Republic TV Editor-in-chief Arnab Goswami in a 2018 abetment to suicide again him. The 47 year old founder of Republic TV was detained last week and is being investigated for his alleged role in the death case of an architect who designed his studio.
He had sought for his immediate release from judicial custody through a bail plea that also made serious allegations of manhandling by the Maharashtra Police.
He had also challenged the legality of his arrest on November 4 and sought to quash the allegations against him in relation to the 2018 case.
